My Steps:
- Open in ACR
- Adjusted Clarity, Vibrance, and Brightness to my liking.
- Opened in Photoshop CS5
- Ran My Four Hen's Kiddy Pop Glee Action {Left it at 100% Opacity}
- Ran Linky Leuville's Strawberry Vintage {Left all layers as is}

And I'll be seeing most of you after the weekend since our little family is trucking it up to San Fransisco for the next couple of days... which means one great thing.... PHOTOS!
This reminds me to download the new action - I was trying to do it last night but my internet crapped out on me and now I'm using a hard line connection (BOOOO). I also love her halloween costume - how cute!
